Our Cleansing Alkaline Green Goodness
This is our go to daily green fix! This has given us such a boost in our quest for premium health that we simply can not go without it. These raw veggies are amazing sources of antioxidants and alkaline juice that helps cleanse us from the inside out. Aside of the obvious benefits, your body actually will absorb these nutrients faster than if you were to digest the veggies (although we highly suggest you eat as much as possible, digesting these plants have wonderful benefits as well) Here is our recipe:
Yields just over a gallon of juice
5 bunches of organic Kale
4 bunches of organic Chard
5 stalks of organic Celery
3 large organic Cucumbers
1 bunch of organic cilantro (stems cut off)
3 inches of organic Ginger (we like our juice with a kick of spice so add ginger to preference)
the juice of 1 organic Lemon
8 organic Apples (granny smith apples contain the least amount of sugar)
- wash all the fruits and veggies thorough
- quarter the apples and discard the seeds
- remove the skin from the ginger using a spoon by scraping gently.
- juice away!
*This juice taste best nice and cold and will last in the fridge no longer than 6 days, without losing any of it’s great  flavor. We make a jug this size and it will last us 5 to 6 days.
