Freshly juiced lemonades: Strawberry, blueberry, and mint.
Benefits of strawberries: packed full of antioxidants like vitamin C ( to boost immunity), and anti-inflammatory agents, helps to regulate blood pressure, reduces the risk of certain cancers, sodium/fat/cholesterol free!
Benefits of blueberries: ranks the highest of all fruit for antioxidants, boosts memory, fights aging, supports heart health, good sources of vitamin C,K, and fiber, contains flavonoids which helps to prevent urinary Tract Infections.
Benefits of Mint: Promotes digestion, soothes stomach of indigestion and inflammation, effective remedy for nausea, beneficial to those with asthma, helps to promote weight loss by stimulating the digestion of fat. Also great for your skin, in treating acne, insect bites, and burns.

Lemonade Recipes:
These are all made to taste preference.. some may need to add more or less sugar depending on how tart you like your lemonade :) The recipe makes about 4 pints.
Start with a lemonade base:
1 & 1/2 cups of fresh squeezed lemon juice
5 cups of spring water
simple syrup made from equal parts spring water and i use organic unrefined cane sugar (heat until the sugar is dissolved) I like my lemonades sweet so i used:
1 & 1/2 cups of each.
add a pint of strawberries or blueberries depending on which you are making, and blend up the yumminess! The fruit lemonades will have the “pulp” in them so if you don’t care for the extra texture you can always use a nut bag to strain before you enjoy!
For the mint lemonade i only add the springs in the jars to infuse with flavor, i DO NOT blend it together.
